Adaptation issues
Are you struggling to adjust to new life circumstances - such as moving to a new country, a new job, parenthood, divorce or family illness? Are you experiencing crisis, grief or feeling overwhelmed? Together we'll explore how you can find stability and direction in what's difficult.
Family dynamic issues
Conflicts or imbalances in the family can be a huge strain. It could be old patterns, difficult roles or a lack of understanding across generations. Therapy can help bring clarity, new perspectives and better interaction.
Communication problems
Even with children or in relationships. When communication breaks down, misunderstandings, conflicts and distance often arise. I work to promote open and clear communication - both in adult relationships and in parenting.
Anxiety states
Anxiety can be expressed in many ways - from worry and apprehension to panic attacks and avoidance behavior. In therapy, we work to understand anxiety, regulate the nervous system and find concrete ways to manage it.
Depressive states
Are you experiencing depression, lack of energy or desire, negative thoughts about yourself and your life? Together we explore the underlying patterns and strengthen the resources that can lead you out of the depressive state.
Experiences of loss
Loss - whether of a person, a life situation, a dream or a foundation of identity - can lead to deep grief and existential uncertainty. Therapy can support you in processing your grief and finding your way forward in life.
Traumatic stresses
Have you been exposed to difficult events - either physically, sexually or emotionally - that continue to affect your life? I have special experience in treating trauma and PTSD, where we work both conversationally and physically at a safe pace.

If you feel trapped, empty or without direction, together we can explore what's behind it and find ways to restore your zest for life and meaningfulness. In therapy, we work to rediscover your needs, values and longings.
Divorce
Divorce can be a life-changing event - both emotionally and practically. Therapy can support you in dealing with the grief, guilt, anger and uncertainty and help you rebuild your life.
Relational challenges and attachment issues
